If SUPERAntiSpyware will not run when you your PC starts or when you double-click the program shortcut, you may have a class of infection that specifically targets SUPERAntiSpyware and prevents it from running. It is most likely, however, that SUPERAntiSpyware is incorrectly configured and needs to be re-installed.
